Jason has been a part of the Athlete's in Action family since 1988 when he began playing his first of three summer ball seasons for AIA traveling to Europe. In 1989, heading to Latin America, Jason participated in one of AIA's best finishes ever as his squad finished 7th in the NBC World Series. After playing one more summer with AIA in 1990 traveling back to Europe, he felt led to join staff permanently.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Jason pitched for the University of Houston cougers and served as one of the team's captains. At the beginning of his junior year, he transferred to Westmont College. After graduating two year later as a Warrior, Jason made two big decisions - he married his high school sweetheart, Debra, that December, and two months later they both joined staff with AIA baseball. Jason is the director of Athlete's in Actions Sports Teams as well as the head of the Baseball Department. He oversees the day to day operations of the ministry.
Jason and Debra also have three beautiful sons, Noah, Elijah and Jonah. |
